1. Booking Confirmation

  • All travel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from Wkendly.com.
  • Customers must verify all booking details including names, travel dates, and destinations before confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 30%–50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
  • Full payment must be completed 10–15 days before travel unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, QR code, credit card, debit card, or secure payment link.
  • Failure to complete payment within the required time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to airfare fluctuations, hotel availability, currency exchange rates, or supplier changes.
  • Once the booking is confirmed and full payment is received, the price will be locked (unless government taxes change).

4. Travel Documents

  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining visas, travel insurance, and required documents.
  • Wkendly.com will assist in the visa process but does not guarantee visa approval.

5. Third-Party Suppliers

Wkendly.com acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour operators.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third-party suppliers.

6. Changes in Itinerary

  • Changes requested after booking confirmation may result in additional charges depending on airline, hotel, or supplier policies.
  • Wkendly.com reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability

Wkendly.com is not responsible for losses, delays, injuries, or damages caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, political situations, airline delays, or government restrictions.

Some services may be non-refundable, including:

  • Visa fees
  • Certain hotel bookings
  • Promotional or discounted packages
  • Airline tickets depending on fare rules

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after receiving confirmation from the respective suppliers.
  • Refund processing may take 7–20 working days depending on the payment method and supplier policies.
  • Payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted.

Force Majeure

Wkendly.com shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, flight cancellations, or government regulations.
